The German company Dr. Langer Medical specializes in the development and manufacture of state-of-the-art systems for intraoperative neuromonitoring (IONM), which protect neurological structures during surgical procedures. The core pillar of their portfolio is the modular monitoring system AVALANCHE® PLUS, which delivers immediate feedback to the surgeon regarding the status of nerve pathways thanks to its intuitive controls and advanced visualization.
The second key product is the compact AVALANCHE® SI 2 system, engineered for maximum mobility without compromising on signal quality or measurement precision. These devices find critical application particularly in neurosurgery, spinal and vascular surgery, as well as during thyroid surgeries (ENT).
MultiPulse Pro Family CO₂ Surgical Lasers
The JenaSurgical MultiPulse PRO Family represents a product line of CO₂ lasers designed for soft tissue surgery with a power output of up to 60 W. The system is primarily used in ENT microsurgery, gynecology, dermatology, and general surgery. Thanks to its radiofrequency source and controlled Pulse Shape Design (PSD) technology, it allows surgeons to deliver precise energy doses for optimal cutting and coagulation. Furthermore, the PRO DUO version features a flexible hollow fiber, expanding the device's application to endoscopic procedures and robotic surgery.
ASTAR Rehabilitation
ASTAR physiotherapeutic devices represent a modern technological base for comprehensive physical therapy, rehabilitation, and effective chronic pain management. The core pillar of their offerings is the PhysioGo product line, which includes portable and stationary devices for electrotherapy, ultrasound therapy, magnetotherapy, and laser therapy.
The portfolio is expanded by highly specialized standalone systems, including Impactis M+ shockwave therapy units for treating tendonitis, Polaris HP high-power lasers, and advanced Tecaris devices for targeted radiofrequency therapy (TECAR). All of these units feature touch screens and an organized, integrated encyclopedia of preset clinical programs, which significantly facilitates the selection of the correct treatment methodology for doctors and physiotherapists.
